Along all exterior walls a white opaque glass is inset in the wall up to height of window sills.

Bathtub, kitchen top and dining table had to be lifted into apartment by mobile crane and balcony parapet dismounted because of height/measurements.

Walls, doors, passageways, kitchen and bathrooms were all moved/changed to create a working layout. In fact the changes were so many that the process more resembled erecting a new building.
