The face of the Camp wall clock has twelve semi-spherical indentations, arranged around it edge, representing the position of each hour on a traditional 12-hour clock face.

Shadows form within these semi-spherical hollows but their appearance changes as the light quality of the wall clock’s surroundings changes throughout the day.
